Hello,

I've installed the feature/reforger branch and I can't find how to install the mods and missions. The server starts normally, everything works as espected and it's playable with a default mission, but can't figure out how to use it with mods or change the mission.

Is the branch still active? Thanks a lot for working on this, Dahlgren!

  1. Create a server
  2. Add mod id to server mods list, for example 595F2BF2F44836FB for RHS mod

  3. Start the server, wait for mods download to be complete. You can see progress in the server log.
  4. Refresh missions and mods pages, the new missions and mods will now appear

Awesome! Done. Thanks.

Have you tested it on Linux? It's giving a lot of errors and the server doesn't start with RHS loaded. I bet its due to some capital letters on file names.

Have you tested it on Linux?

Screenshots above from Linux server. Some mods might not be properly updated for 1.0 update yet, best to validate with minimal set of mods first.

Any mod files should be contained within PAK files so case sensitivity should be less of an issue than previous Arma games on Linux server where authors could freely name their folders and PBO files themselves causing problems.

Thanks!

I've removed RHS and reinstalled it again, and now it's working. Nice to know they will let us us use uppercase this time...

Hey, sorry for ressurecting this thread.

I tried the above, modlist ist working, but missions stay empty. Any trick to solve that? Any way to configure mission ID manually?

Any way to configure mission ID manually?

  1. Navigate to a server
  2. Switch to missions tab
  3. Press "Add empty mission"
  4. Fill in the "Name" field with the full mission id i.e. {2BBBE828037C6F4B}Missions/22_GM_Arland.conf

reforger anrop se_

Don't forget to save the server settings afterwards.
