So this is a fresh install of the workshop-mods-status branch, on a fresh install of Ubuntu Server. Without fail, every time I attempt to download any mod, I am cut off at (where I assume) I would be prompted for my 2fa code. Before it hits this stopping point though, it throws an error stating that there isn't a particular file in Steam's workshop directory.
It's entirely possible that I am missing something here, but most everything else seems to work fine, it's just downloading mods. Downloading workshop missions also seems to work fine.
Any help is appreciated. 😃
Edit:
Also should mention, the directory in question that it claims to not exist is just a shortcut back to the steam directory.

Small update for temporary workaround (in case anyone else runs into the same issue), turning off Steam Mobile Guard does get around the issue. Obviously this has a draw back of compromised security, but I am using it as a temporary way to download mods before reenabling it.
