Rename hdf5_dump to avoid confusion with generic hdf5 tools #44

Despite what the name suggests, hdf5_dump is not a general-purpose tool to list the content of HDF5 files, but a dumper od DUNE-DAQ data files. The name should be changed to reflect that.
