When I tried to build this plugin from source, there were 2 problems
particleAPI 3.1.10 is no longer support on the repo. Current version is 3.2.13
Citizen has been relocated to https://maven.citizensnpcs.co/repo instead of https://repo.citizensnpcs.co/
