The number of "details" in the entity and attribute section limited by the height of the monitor. #174

Describe the bug
The Entity and Attribute window lacks a slider so the number of detail entries is limited by the height of the screen.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to the Entity and Attribute section
    2)Add details until you run out of screen.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Can't add more details

Thanks for the note @kevin-foley .
I currently cannot reproduce this on a PC. I'm on version 2.0.7 of the tool, in Windows 10.
When adding multiple 'Detailed' EA elements, I see arrows to tab through.

I suggest the following @kevin-foley
-Ensure you are on latest version of the Metadata Wizard tool
-Determine whether your screen orientation or min/max windows size affects this at all

@tnorkin / @ColinTalbert / @ennsk - we can identify if this is isolated to Mac, and log as a future improvement.

I can replicate this on a Mac, but not a Windows machine. @dignizio-usgs, I'll add this to the list for future development
