출석앱 기술 통일 및 리팩토링

멤버 화면 리액터에서 TCA로 변경
현재 화면 모듈이 존재 하지 않음 Presntaion 모듈 추가
컬러코드 추가
네트워킹 코드 Moya 추가 및 네트워킹 코드 추가
BaseModel 및 에러 정의
공용으로 쓰는 컴포넌트 및 spacing 정의
