Description

Adapt coordinator's blob submission and finalization to support Smart Contract V6

Acceptance criteria

Coordinator can send blobs/aggregations with V6;
Coordinator shall support V5 and V6 contrast at the same time. Shall identify contract upgrade and switch to V6.
