We let Bill and Kirk know they'll need to do this. Will need to make sure later that it's still on their radar.

Per Jeff's guidance:
regarding the metadata, please check with Kathy Sharpless about how to add it to the NIST data catalog as opposed to data.gov
it'll cause duplicates once we consolidate metadata (it's another thing we're working on with a contractor)

Essentially, Socrata will take our metadata from a few DOC bureaus, standardizing and pushing it
