Blocking full ComfyUI-Manager in electron build #4

Expected behaviour:
After install the ComfyUI-Manager via the core manager in the electron build, and restart, the full manager replaces the core manager.

Actual behaviour:
After restart, the full manager is not available (Still core manager)
