Ipad Insert… Formula Object does nothing

Describe the Bug

The Insert… Formula Object menu command does nothing when tapped.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a new, blank document.
2. Click the Insert menu.
3. Click the Formula Object menu item.

Expected Behavior

I expect a Formula Object to be inserted and editable

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens. The menu item highlights but nothing else happens.

You sent a screenshot of read-only user interface. Nothing can be inserted in read-only mode. I don't say that formula editor is particularly usable on iOS, but at least it does something, when the document is in edit mode.
Did you forget to tap on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner? Or is this icon missing for you?

The Pencil icon is usually located at the bottom left of the screen. @gisborne

I just tested using an iPad. Clicking on the Formula Object allows users to enter formula in the document.
