Describe the Bug

As shown in the figure, position 3 is the search content, position 2 is the search result, and the content selected by the cursor is incorrect. And the A/B/C columns should be selected for position 1 because they merge cells. I am comparing the search results of the LibreOffice client software

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create an Excel spreadsheet document
2.Merge cells from columns A to G in the first row
3.Write some data randomly from the columns starting from the second row
4.Then search for the contents in the table

Expected Behavior

The same effect as offline LibreOffice. When searching for a cell, you want to select the entire cell, and the top column name should be selected (including the merged cell column)

Actual Behavior

Although the cell was located, the selected content was incorrect and the column header was not selected

Desktop

  • **collabora/code: 24.04.10.1.1 Actually, all versions should have this issue
  • **OS and version: Windows 11
  • **Browser and version: Chrome 114.0
