Python 3.12 support

Hey there,

is Python 3.12 support planned already?

E.g. the numpy pin to numpy<1.26 is one of the blocks which makes Python3.12 users not able to use MedCAT right now I think.

Hi.

Yes, it's been the plan for a while.
However, I was waiting for torch. I had been looking at the milestone (https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/milestone/46) and since that hadn't been fulfilled, assumed it wasn't 3.12 compatible. But turns out there was a release all the way back in July.

So I'll see if we're able to add 3.12 support just now.

There's a PR up for this now: #511
Though unlikely to be in a release this year (since we just did a 1.15.0 beta release and wouldn't have enough content for a new one yet).
