proxy的SLOTSINFO实现不对 #1745

pkg/proxy/session.go里的handleRequestSlotsInfo()只接受一个参数并把它理解为服务器地址。但是根据 doc/redis_change_zh.md，SLOTSINFO应该接受两个可选参数：起始的slot序号、和slot数量
