Yes - stange isn'it? Icons are only visible when logged in at Admin level. No icons if logged out or logged in as a subscriber. Any ideas?

Update to this. It appears that the icons only show when the black WordPress Admin bar is visible.

I disabled a plugin which hid the admin bar for subscribers, and doing so had the effect of enabling icons to show when logged in as a subscriber as well. But when logged out the icons are still not visible.

Thank you in advance.
