What problem does this address?

A user asked if it's possible to make uploaded photos reappear when users re-do orders.

Implement image history mechanism.

This can be done if the user has an associated account and the orders are tied to his account. In this case, we can check the previous order and pre-fill the fields with images uploaded previously for the same product.

Otherwise, no, because we have no clear information about the user, and we might leak the images to the wrong persons.
