Description

Move the blueprints/blueprint.json to .wordpress-org` folder so the WP Store can recognize it.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to the plugin dashboard on WP Store
2. The Preview feature is unavailable because the missing blueprint.json is not in the correct folder.

Now that the blueprint is available in wp dashboard, one problem found is that the schema is restrictive, which means we can not add additional metadata.
