I was trying to replicate an issue reported by a user related to the Brevo integration with the contact form. During my testing, I was unable to connect the contact form with my Brevo account, as it continually showed an "invalid API key" error. I tried generating different API keys, but the error remained the same.
It appears there is a issue with this feature.

Add a contact form and open the Marketing Integration setting.
Select Brevo and enter your API key
