Ability to modify form subject dynamically

What problem does this address?

A long-time Otter user asked me if there is a way in Otter to modify the subject line of the email to include the name of the sender.

What is your proposed solution?

It doesn't make sense to include this as a feature but we can include a filter to the subject line to allow user to append any of the form data, like fromName.

Will this feature require documentation? (Optional)

I dont know.
