Description

Theme NEVE—“Home page” and “service page” that shows differently on my wesite and my wordpress theme editor:
theme editor--home page
theme editor--service page

And I find that when I open a new Google browser in Incognito Mode and open my home page, the page is just fine like this below:
Home page
service page

But when I log in my wordpress account on this new Google browser, the pages turn into:
home page--after log in wordpress account

service page--after log in wordpress account

The Theme support team tells me maybe it is cache problem, and I have installed the plugin “WP Fastest Cache ” and cleared all the Cache and cleared my browser cache. But the problems are still there.

Can anyone tells me what is going on here?

Thanks.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Hi @NickYoung95277,

Thank you for reporting the issue but it doesn't look like it could be a global issue with the theme. Indeed it looks to be a cache problem, maybe there is some server-side caching as well that your hosting has which could be causing such an issue so I would recommend checking it from that side as well.

Hi @NickYoung95277,

I'm closing this issue since I haven't heard from you but feel free to post your findings here if you have something more that would lead to this being a global issue.
