What problem does this address?

When we go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Typography, we see options to style the Body Text, and Heading Text, but we don't get any option to style the lists or anchor tags and it would be great if we can add those options as well in the Customizer to customize the Global styling of those elements.

Add the Setting in the Customizer > Typography to customize the styling for lists and anchor tags.
