Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Loki/Vector/promtail were removed from the cluster due to storage issues (related to removing rook).

Describe the solution you'd like
Add storage to the cluster, or S3-compatible storage from external source, as needed, to re-add these services to the cluster.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Internal storage (rook-ceph) caused storage limitations on the host and storage was not long-term in the result of errors - storage was moved to NFS hosted outside the cluster.
