Purpose of change
PowerDescriptionSpoilers.md contains some information that is outdated or incorrect. The Electron Overcharge description does not reflect the new battery-charging functionality, the prerequisites for Levitation incorrectly refers to Force Shove as Force Push, and the concentration label "(C)" was/wasn't incorrectly applied to a number of powers.
