Describe the content you'd like to see

Following user feedback, it would be very useful to add links to our phpinfo applications to changelogs, so that users can check extension compatibility before migrating to a higher version.

To do:

• create new phpinfo applications for PHP 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3
• add all PHP extension environment variables to each phpinfo application (ENABLE_<EXTENSION_NAME>)
