[BUG] Quickstart offline installation failed with CondaToSNonInteractiveError

Description

I followed the "Getting Started with Kotaemon" instructions here on the Quick Start page here:
https://cinnamon.github.io/kotaemon/
Installation failed with CondaToSNonInteractiveError.

Reproduction steps

1. Download the kotaemon-app.zip file from the latest release.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Run scripts/run_linux.sh
4. See error

Logs

CondaToSNonInteractiveError: Terms of Service have not been accepted for the following channels. Please accept or remove them before proceeding:
    - https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main
    - https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/r

To accept these channels' Terms of Service, run the following commands:
    conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main
    conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/r

Failed to create conda environment.
Will delete the /home/ronny/Downloads/kotaemon-app/install_dir/env (if exist) and exit now...
