BUG: qiimeInstall.sh halts prematurely when latest is patch #23

This line returns exit code 1 if value not found, causing the script to halt (because set -e). This occurs whenever the latest env is a patch, and prevents environment building.

I've corrected the issue in the openSUSE branch, but this needs to be ported to master.
