How to change timezone

How do I change the timezone that the script runs in?

let now = new Date();
console.log(now);
// Fri May 21 2021 05:07:13 GMT+0300 (Moscow Standard Time) 

I know I can use Utilities.formatDate() to display the date in local time. But I'm wondering, how does the script end up having Europe/Moscow being returned by Session.getScriptTimeZone() and how can I change that to another timezone?

I found it. In the project go to Project Settings and tick Show "appsscript.json" manifest file in editor. Then go to the editor to find appscript.json script where timeZone can be set.
