action "readwebpage"@gapier doesn't work well

Action: Readwebpage

Expected behaviour:
When select the Gapier plugin, the available function of "readwebpage" should be able to access Internet resources such as a link or a webpage.

Actual behavirous:
When ask GPT to summary an article from a link, the gpt model will reply with below text message:

"
I wasn't able to retrieve the content of the document directly. You can access it here for detailed insights.

If you have specific sections or topics from the document that you'd like me to help summarize or discuss, please let me know!
"

Additional Information:

1. The other funciton under gapier seems working fine (even Google related one also works perfect).
2. The plugin of "ChatPDF" also works fine when try to access a particular URL based resource.
