Sen Triplets able to cast other player's Commanders. [Bug} #6740

Describe the bug
Sen Triplets can cast commanders, even though they are not a part of the hand.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Play against the AI using the Sen Triplets commander.
- Use any commander.
Expected behavior
The ai after they have gathered sufficient mana of the values required can cast your commander, which is NOT what Sen Triplets is allowed to do. Sen Triplets Specifies the hand, but for some reason Sen Triplets identifies the Command Zone as the hand.
