Description

Implement the Certificate Smart Contract to "Claim" the Offset Certificate as Proof of Offseting

Acceptance Criteria

  • Implement unit tests for each functions
  • Implement integration tests for each functions
  • If needed, write the documentation associated with the functions and events exposed
