Make the Anki integration more flexible

1. Allow me to decide what kind of card to use. It creates the DaKanji card but that does fit with stand cards like Recognition.
2. Allow me to tell it what information to put into what field. For example, I think the Japanese Support add-on is essential because it provides multiple card types, furigana and more. For it to work you need the fields Expression and Reading. I would much rather have Kanji put in the expression field and have a reading with furigana, than the Kanji and Kana fields in the DaKanji card.
   Here is how the browser plugin YomiTan does it. It finds my Decks and card types, asks me which to use, then lets me determine what pieces of information to put in each field.

3. I seem to end up with a lot of blank fields in the DaKanji card: note front, note back, audio, example. If there is a way to add this it would be great but I haven't found it.
