Here's a pointer to the FileTree test repository. The repo can be a source for additional functional-style tests against real repositories ... the testRepositories may be usefule to ensure interoperability ... some of the test repositories can be ignored as they represent pre-Cypress structures ...

Having tests that read/validate the current FileTree format could be useful
