Based on some investigation, ${random-word} directly in the manifest isn't deterministic. But adding --random-route does know about a previously set random app name. I'd suggest we use the latter, but would require not only to update the README, but the tutorial on IBM Developer.

Either use --random-route on the push step or just have folks take a step to manually change this in the manifest.yml
