When you install the plugin the message

Please activate your Caldera Forms Google Analytics Tracking license using CalderaWP License Manager.

directs to

http://test.gr/testcaldera/wp-admin/wp-admin/admin.php?page=calderawp_license_manager

which has two times 'wp-admin'
