Cannot access license page therefore cannot activate new plugin license

Hi there,

I really want to start using the new plugin that I purchased from Caldera but I cannot because your License Manager is not working. I wrote a support ticket but there is no response... which after paying for a pro version I would imagine that you would support?

Here are the issues:

• Download plugin
• Changed directory from -master to directory without master
• Enabled plugin
• Go to plugin license manager page and get empty page

There are no error messages in debug.log but I found the following in the console.

Uncaught TypeError: o.widget is not a function

From License Manager:
scripts.js?ver=5.6:203 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'autocomplete' of undefined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (scripts.js?ver=5.6:203) at i (jquery-12-4.min.js?ver=5.6:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-12-4.min.js?ver=5.6:2) at Function.ready (jquery-12-4.min.js?ver=5.6:2) at HTMLDocument.K (jquery-12-4.min.js?ver=5.6:2)

and a few more JQuery issues. Is this because Wordpress upgraded JQuery and your plugin is no more working. Pleeeease fix this issue
