Cannot add license for entry limiter

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Caldera License Manager
2. Install Caldera Entry limiter
3. Go to Caldera Forms -> CalderaWP Licenses
4. Click Add License
5. Select plugin to license.
6. Caldera Entry Limiter does not show up as an option
