Luks2 encryption defaults to 512B sectors

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Installed CachyOS with automatic partitioning(manual refused to detect an EFI partition) on a 4096B sector drive, the LUKS2 root partition turned out to be using 512B sectors, which isn't optimal.

Describe the solution you'd like
Default encryption to use 4096B sectors, or detect what the underlying device supports and set appropriately.
