it's not located in the right place, and not correctly implemented

it should be:

removed from Hello(CachyOS-Welcome) and PackageInstaller()
reformatted, and reimplemented in different form with easy of use(user friendly. kind of application store)
should be an ease of maintains. we should be able to make changes on-demand
