Hi,

As you have a mutter-cachyos, maybe a gnome-shell with patches would also help improve things.

Did you even check the PKGBUILD for that AUR package? It doesn't have any cherrypicked patches.

Yep, there are indeed some. This would be quite hard to do for us tho since noone in the team uses GNOME, which means that none of us can test the individual patches to ensure that it is stable enough.

Just moments earlier, I brought up discussions on cherrypicking mutter/!4124 to mutter-cachyos. However, because of the aforementioned predicament, it makes it quite hard to do this.

Maybe make it available, not by default till people can test it enough and report bugs. Be on a diff mirror or not.
