support ENA CSV fields for samples

Description

As a follow-up of #221 we would need to be able to work with https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/ERC000011 fields
Some of fields specified at that URL correspond also correspond to run as detailed here:

• https://ena-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submit/reads/interactive.html
• https://ena-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submit/samples/interactive.html#step-1-select-a-sample-checklist

DoD (Definition of Done)

upload CSV files with fields from https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/ERC000011 so that it is valid against corresponding JSON schemas
