Working through a bug in the installation process right now. Something strange is happening where the "submodules" are installed. serpentTools.data is seen as just data and potentially importable with import data, but it crashes because serpentTools can't be found

Uninstalling previous local serpentTools tipped me off, seeing

Uninstalling serpentTools-0.10.0:
  Would remove:

Would discourage anyone from installing pip install serpentTools==0.10.0 it seems to think it's the old version (0.9.5) and may not contain changes. Will try to have 0.10.1 with the actual fixes out in the next few days
