This repository contains the R-Scripts used to determine the interaction between climate and conflict conditions, overlaying those with socio-economic vulnerabilities. The main folder is hotspots which have all the scripts for data downloading, processing, and data analysis.
- All the scripts whose name begins by 00 correspond to downloading or data creation. They can be executed in any order.
- The scripts that begins with 01 correspond to data processing. They have an associated order.
- The scripts that begins with 02 correspond to data analysis.
- The scripts that begins with 03 correspond to final products such as graphs, maps, and tables.
