updated advective constraints from BRAN2020 Argo period for DIVA mapping

float mean_u_alltime(month, st_ocean, yu_ocean, xu_ocean) from: bran2020_u_ENSO_stats_2024.06.07.19.43.23.nc

and float mean_v_alltime(month, st_ocean, yu_ocean, xu_ocean) from: bran2020_v_ENSO_stats_2024.06.02.16.07.40.nc

The full complement of my current run of BRAN2020 monthly climatologies ( calculated from daily data across 30 years from 1993-2023 ) are being rsynced here: /g/data/es60/data/derived-data-products/BRAN2020-climatology/

• rsyncing is still underway now done.
• I will next generate another product that is only 2005 - 2023 for Argo period climatology ( but won't include all the ENSO phase composites )
