A few subcomponents:

Create "anomalous results" pages that collate each harness's unexpected results (render-testcases: render anomalous results per-harness #156)
Actually begin filing issues for each
- Go: crypto/x509: potentially anomalous path building results golang/go#65085
- certvalidator: Potentially anomalous path-building results wbond/certvalidator#47
