Remove option from form if another user has selected that option (but hasn't submitted the form)

I am exploring using Budibase for a web app I am working on.

I'd like to have a form with a dropdown that has a list of options. I will have dozens of people looking at and completing this form at the same time. Is there a way to remove an option from the dropdown if another person has already selected that option (but has not submitted the form)? I understand this could be done after submission but I am trying to make sure that two people completing the form can't both select the same option while completing the form.
