Source (Year) of the PE - Primary energy factor for Use

Hi,

The documentation states that for usage impacts, the PE factor comes from IRENA (2016).

However the wikipedia article states that data is from 2021 (which I also remember from our pas exchanges).

Could you confirm if API is currently using factors from 2021 ?

After exchanges on Boavizta forum, it seems that the values are outdated.

I open this issue so that we do not forget to udpate the values.
