PdfPrintDocument.RenderPage method is broken #5

Hello,
If you try to print multiple pages, some of the pages will be printed on top of each other. Therefore, only some pages will be printed. You can verify this using the demo (File -> Print Multiple Pages). To fix the problem, you need to roll back commit 6d506de. Also this commit forces the pages to be rendered as bitmaps instead of vector graphics, which degrades the print quality.
