I recently performed a full uninstall of Discord Canary with Revo Uninstaller to remove all temp files and registry keys.
I then ran the Discord Canary installer, DiscordCanarySetup.exe.
Discord Canary runs and was installed in the expected location ( %LocalAppData%\DiscordCanary ).
However when I run BetterDiscord Installer v1.3.0 it does not show Discord Canary as found, even when I manually click 'Browse' to select the folder.
I tried clicking 'Browse' and navigating to both %LocalAppData%\DiscordCanary and %LocalAppData%\DiscordCanary\app-1.0.92.
Before the un/re-install the BetterDiscord installer would show Discord Canary as expected.
Expected Behavior
If Discord Canary is installed in the default location ( %LocalAppData%\DiscordCanary ) then the BetterDiscord Installer should see it.
Steps To Reproduce
I did a full Discord Canary Uninstall with Revo Uninstaller, deleting all relevant files and registry keys, and then reinstalled it using DiscordCanarySetup.exe and allowed it to update to the latest version.

I have this issue with finding the regular discord version on 1.2.1 & 1.3.0. I only updated because 1.2.0 stopped functioning entirely. I can't even make it past the first screen as it never loads so I was forced to update to the newer installers, both of which fail to even find my discord. As per last message in thread, am showing app folder.
Figured I'd mention this: After selecting ANY of the following folders in the first image and even the Discord folder entirely, nothing is found.
Fixed Edit: This is fixed by removing other versioned app folders (the empty ones)
Credit to this reply which helped me figure this out. Works successfully after removing the top and bottom folders in the original image. After which, the program can find the correct folder. However, this presents a larger issue of it not being capable of allowing manual selection seemingly.
Edit 2: Also, removing those folders magically fixed the 1.2.0 version I was using. Seems this was an issue for a while now, just presenting itself in different ways.
