Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The settings are confusing and are starting to be waaayyyy too big for all the options.
And kinda stops me from adding new functionalities.

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

Moving the upgrades configurations from settings to database by adding a new admin interface And updating the user interface.

For Upgrades-0.2.0-SNAPSHOT-b83.jar, is there currently a way to manage the database for upgrades? I'd like to reset all player data.

You need to delete the "UpgratesData" of your db
