Limits not updating for team members #164
Description
Expected behavior
The cell owner got an upgrade for hopper limits and it should upgrade for team members as well.
Observed/Actual behavior
The team members did not get the upgrade
Steps/models to reproduce
I gave myself the hopper upgrade and had the team member run a recount but nothing changed. They just stayed the default amount.
