Jaw/Tongue Skewed to the Side

Describe the bug?

The Jaw/Tongue on the following avatar is skewed to the side in everyone else's view. However, when looking in the mirror, the face looks completely fine.

Steps to Reproduce

Switch into Avatar. Have someone else view it.

The expected behavior

The face should look correct for everyone not just in the mirror.

Is this related to #413 we believe that this is caused by the default state when FaceTracking components are added to an avatar
